INGREDIENTS
4 six ounce trout fillets
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1 package tempura batter mix
Oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oil to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together milk and seasonings.
Place tempura flour in another bowl.
Dip fillets in milk mixture, then roll in tempura flour. Repeat procedure.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
