INGREDIENTS
1 lb. crabmeat
12 saltines, crushed
8 TBS. butter
1 TBS. mayonnaise
2 TBS. dry sherry
pinch dry mustard
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire
Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
Melt butter. Reserve 2 TBS. to put on top of deviled crabs.
Pour 6 TBS. of butter on crushed saltine crackers & set aside.
Add remaining ingredients together, except for crab.
Fold in crabmeat.
Put in casserole or 6 crab backs.
Sprinkle with saltine mixture & pour remaining butter on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
