INGREDIENTS
3 pounds rockfish fillets
1/2 cup Vermouth
Juice of one lemon
1/2 stick butter, melted
Parsley
Lemon slices
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven broiler.
Mix together the vermouth and lemon juice in a bowl,
Place the rockfish in a baking dish.
Pour the vermouth and lemon over the rockfish, then the butter.
Broil until the fish is just slightly browned.
Place on a platter and garnish with the lemon slices and parsley.
