INGREDIENTS
4 golden tile fish fillets
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the fish with your choice of side dish.
