Seafood Angel Hair

INGREDIENTS
12 oz. angel hair pasta, uncooked
1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 TBS. olive oil
8 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. crab, chopped

DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a large nonstick skillet, sauté shrimp and garlic in oil for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, combine tomatoes, broth, sugar, bouillon, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes.
Stir in crab and reserved shrimp; heat through.
Drain pasta, serve with seafood mixture.
Serves 6
