INGREDIENTS
1 Reynolds Oven Bag, small size
1 TBS. flour
1 to 2 fish fillets
2 TBS. water
1 TBS. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
1 TBS. butter, diced
DIRECTIONS
Shake flour in oven bag and place in a 13x9 inch microwave-safe baking dish.
Allow flour to settle in corner of bag. Add fish to bag.
Sprinkle fish evenly with water, lemon juice, lemon peel, garlic, salt and dill weed. Dot with butter.
Close bag with nylon tie, cut six 1/2 inch slits in the top of the bag.
Microwave on HIGH until fish flakes easily with fork, 4 to 6 minutes.
