INGREDIENTS
2 large lemons, divided
1 TBSP. smoked paprika
1 TBSP. honey
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets
Grated lemon zest, optional
Parsley
DIRECTIONS
Preheat broiler.
Grate lemon zest and squeeze juice from 1 lemon to measure 1 TBSP. each.
Cut remaining lemon into 4 wedges.
Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, honey and salt, stirring to form a paste.
Spread lemon paste evenly over top and sides of fillets.
Place fillets on a rack in a broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
Garnish with parsley.
Serves 4.
