INGREDIENTS
4 ahi tuna steaks
1 Tbsp
Rice vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup each orange juice and lemon juice
2 Tbsp honey
1 orange sectioned and diced
1 small jalapeno seeded and chopped
1/4 large red onion chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
DIRECTIONS
Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, lemon juice and honey together. Lay the tuna steaks in the mixture and let marinate 1 hour in the fridge.
Mix the jalapeno, red onion, and cilantro together and set aside.
Get a grill hot and grill the tuna steak 2 to 3 minutes each side or more depending on your desired doneness. Brush with the marinade while grilling.
Cut the tuna diagonally and top with the cilantro mixture and oranges.
