INGREDIENTS
Blue Marlin Steaks:
2 lbs. blue marlin steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Oil
Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce:
1.75 oz. butter
4 - 5 garlic cloves
Salt & pepper to taste
2 - 3 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 - 5 tbsp. lemon juice
Mango Avocado Salad:
1 large mango
1 large avocado
100g cherry tomatoes
1 medium red onion
3 - 5 tbsp. lemon juice
1 - 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
Salt & pepper to taste
2 - 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Add salt and pepper to both sides of the fish slices before cooking. Set aside for at least 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan or grill.
When the grill is hot enough, add the fish slices.
Flip the fish slices to cook evenly.
Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce:
Melt butter in a pan
Add and saute garlic for a few minutes
Add lemon juice and mix
Add salt and pepper and parsley
Mango Avocado Salad:
Slice tomatoes and onions
Slice and dice a mango and avocado
Chop cilantro leaves
Add all the fruits and vegetables in a bowl and pour the lemon juice and add salt and pepper to taste
Add olive oil and mix
