INGREDIENTS
1 large baguette, torn into bite-size pieces
1 lb. fresh tuna
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
1 TBSP yellow mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
In a large bowl, combine baguette, tuna, cheddar, mayo, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
Butter an oven-proof skillet and transfer tuna mixture to skillet.
Bake until mixture is warmed through and cheese is melted, 18 to 20 minutes.
Serve.
