INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 TBSP capers
1 TBSP finely chopped onion
1 TBSP caper brine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
3/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. garlic
Salt
Ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Stir sour cream, mayonnaise, white wine, capers, chopped onion, caper brine, lemon juice, horseradish, dill weed, garlic salt and black pepper together in a bowl.
Serve over fish.
