Crab Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. lump crabmeat
1 cup pepper jack cheese, grated
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese,   grated
1/4 cup green onions, minced
6 garlic cloves, roasted
3 TBSP. Worcestershire sauce
3 TBSP. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt
Pepper

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and gently stir until mixed.
Bake for 40 minutes and serve with crackers, toasted bread or chips.
