INGREDIENTS
3 lbs. flounder fillets
1/4 cup soy sauce
6 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup karo or maple syrup
Juice of one lemon
1 lemon, sliced thin
Parsley for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Mix together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, syrup and lemon juice in a bowl.
Place the salmon in a large dish and coat the fillets with the sauce.
Cover the fish; marinate for at least one hour.
Remove and grill to desired doneness.
Garnish with parsley and thin lemon slices.
Serves 6-8.
