Crab Bisque

INGREDIENTS
2 TBSP. butter
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 TBSP. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 lb. fresh shrimp, diced
1/4 lb. mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sherry

DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a medium size soup pot.
Saute onion and celery until soft.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer until steaming.
Serves 6-8.
