Mahi-Mahi with Basil

3 TBSP. butter
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 TBSP. fresh basil leaves, chopped
3 TBSP. olive oil
4 mahi fillets

Combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and basil in a medium saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring until butter melts.
Cover and keep warm.
Heat oil in skillet.
Season fish with salt and pepper; cook 3 minutes, turn fish and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Spoon basil and butter mixture over fish.
Serves 4.
